Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol (MHDA), Dubbo
About the role
Step into a leadership role where your clinical expertise shapes service direction, strengthens team capability and improves outcomes for children, young people and families experiencing complex mental health challenges.
As Clinical Lead for Dubbo Infant, Child, Youth & Family Mental Health Services, you will combine advanced clinical practice with strategic leadership. You’ll provide supervision, consultation and mentorship to a team of clinicians, guide complex case management, and drive continuous improvement across the service. This is a role with real influence — over practice standards, team culture and integrated care delivery.
We are seeking an experienced clinician with strong child and adolescent expertise, sound clinical judgement and relevant postgraduate qualifications. You will bring the confidence to lead, the energy to uplift morale, and the commitment to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care within professional, legal and organisational frameworks.
Dubbo offers the opportunity to build a meaningful leadership career while enjoying a balanced lifestyle. With affordable housing, short commute times, strong schools and direct eastern seaboard flight connections, it’s a regional city that supports both professional growth and quality of life.
