- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in health, health sciences, DHS, or management, or possesses equivalent extensive experience in the health sector. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including clinical and operational contexts.
Extensive experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within large, complex health service environments. Demonstrated success in implementing major clinical programs and digital transformation projects, with expert knowledge of health system processes and stakeholder dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex, multidisciplinary issues. Applies structured planning and time management approaches to meet critical deadlines and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in negotiating and influencing within multidisciplinary teams and across internal and external stakeholder groups. Demonstrates a customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs, resolve issues, and drive consensus toward shared goals.
