Clinical Access and Demand Manager, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol
- Current Registered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and current NSW Drivers Licence.
- A comprehensive understanding of the NSW Health policy framework, priorities and performance indicators and their impact on mental health Patient flow.
- Demonstrated high level written, timely and accurate standards of work, complimented by oral communication skills and ability for preparing and presentation of reports to MHDA Executive, NSLH and MOH. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of programs, data analysis and patient flow tools such as Electronic Journey Board and Patient Flow Portal.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team. Highly developed time management, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
