What you'll be doing
Complete day to day duties within the Supply and Fleet Unit, to ensure that all facilities receive goods ordered in a timely manner and fleet resources are managed efficiently
- Checking, receipt and recording of all goods and services delivered into the purchasing/inventory system.
- Picking, packing and distribution of goods from the Procurement Unit to all units.
- Verification of goods received, ensuring that terms items received correspond with delivery dockets/invoice and purchase order and follow the procedures for acceptance of goods, date stamping and data capture.
- Identify stock items, counting stock and the correct and safe placement into the warehouse. Identify non-stock items and arrange for timely delivery.
- Maintain timely and accurate recording of dispatch register of all freight dockets and appropriate coding.
- Assist with fleet management, including bookings, processing invoices, and requisition creation.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Proven experience within a supply department dealing with requests or in a similar position in a shared services environment.
- Proven ability to manage allocation of daily work activities to ensure deadlines are met and queries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high quality customer focused services.
- Experience working with a computerised materials management system.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Forklift driver's license or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
