Remuneration: $64.12 - $72.84 per hour

What you'll be doing
As the CHSP Aged Care Reforms Project Officer, you’ll lead and support initiatives that align with Commonwealth Aged Care reforms, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies for CHSP and Support at Home reforms
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate governance processes and working groups for CHSP services
Assist with policy development and communication strategies
Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making

Essential Criteria:
Registration in line with Award requirements: APHRA
Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health profession or social sciences and/or proven work experience in the area.
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation and communication skills with senior personnel.
Previous service planning, managerial experience and leadership responsibilities.
Previous project management experience and experience in supporting change management processes, with the ability to develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and highly developed and effective management skills.
High level of computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to develop competency in the use of WSLHD databases.
