What you'll be doing
As a Senior Occupational Therapist in this team, you will be required to work across various WSLHD locations as needed and be responsible for:
Providing clinical leadership, coordination, and governance of the Occupational Therapy service.
Delivering professional, multidisciplinary, and evidence-based occupational therapy services to improve patient outcomes.
Contributing to planning, implementation, evaluation, improvement, and reporting of the Occupational Therapy service within Integrated and Community Health.
Providing clinical supervision and leadership to level 1/level 2 Occupational Therapists.

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Selection Criteria:
Substantial post graduate experience and skills in Occupational Therapy assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex conditions, including life-limiting illnesses.
Demonstrated ability to work with consumers, families, and carers during times where there are high levels of family stress.
High level written, verbal and communication skills and computer competence including ability to use electronic medical records.
Do you have a valid NSW class C driverβs license and are you willing to use this for work purposes.
