A Team That Supports You
Based at Wallsend, you’ll work across 12 sites throughout Greater Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens. You’ll have the independence to work within the community while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team of Service Managers, NUMs, CNCs, CNEs, CNS1s and Child and Family Health Nurses.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with AHPRA.
- Child and Family Health qualifications.
- Current NSW driver’s licence and eligibility to drive in NSW.
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries when delivering care to clients and families/carers within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to client care.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement individualised, person-centred care.
