What you'll be doing

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) leads and oversees risk management across Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD). This includes developing and managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and ensuring risk management supports the effective use of public funds.
The CRO advises the Executive team on risks and opportunities, helping them make informed decisions that align with the Board’s risk tolerance. They also support planning and delivery of programs by identifying risks and strategies to manage them.
