About Us – eHealth NSW
At eHealth NSW, we’re leading the digital transformation of Australia’s largest health system. As NSW Health’s digital centre of excellence, we design, build and support world-class ICT solutions that improve patient care across the state.
eHealth is implementing a NSW Health wide Cyber Security Uplift program. This multi year strategic initiative is designed to enhance cyber resilience across the state's health system. We are working with Local Health Districts, Pillars, and Agencies to improve how we detect and respond to risks and to make sure everyone follows consistent security standards. By investing in modern technologies, governance frameworks, and workforce capability, NSW Health is proactively addressing the evolving cyber threat landscape to safeguard critical health services and patient data.
About the Opportunity
As a Change Analyst supporting the Cyber Security Uplift Program, you will play a key role in supporting organisational change across NSW Health. You will assist in planning and executing change activities, engage stakeholders, and help ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Support change initiatives across multiple projects or programs.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration and influence outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on change impacts of proposed solutions, workflows, and functionality.
- Assist Local Health District (LHD) change managers in identifying risks, mitigating resistance, and developing high-quality change and adoption resources.
- Produce high-quality documentation including change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and training materials.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Sound experience in organisational change within a medium-to-large enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives across multiple projects or programs.
- Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience across all levels.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation including change impact assessments and training materials.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Psychology, Change Management, or related discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required.
