About the Opportunity

As the Virtual Care Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing virtual care initiatives that enhance access, efficiency, and patient outcomes. You will:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, resource coordination, and reporting against milestones.

• Engage with stakeholders across the district to implement and support virtual care solutions.

• Analyse data and prepare reports to track progress and inform decision-making.

• Provide advice and contribute to the development of policies, briefs, and strategic documents.

• Support governance processes through accurate documentation, consultation, and communication.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Tertiary qualifications in a health-related, health management, or project management discipline.

• Strong project management experience, including scheduling, planning, and delivery of initiatives.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide sound advice.

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

• Proven organisational ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
