As a Team Leader in the Inpatient Social Work team, you will provide senior clinical leadership and management, fostering a positive health and safety culture. You will deliver comprehensive social work services, including assessment, crisis intervention, counselling, and case planning, ensuring smooth patient transitions and access to community support. Additionally, you will drive service development, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to teaching and supervision.

- Proactive Development: You drive service development and collaborate with others to make informed decisions, contributing to teaching and supervision.
Where You’ll Be Working
This position is predominantly based at Gosford Hospital. Inpatient Social Work positions within CCLHD may require working rostered weekends and public holidays as directed by the service manager. The role may also involve working at various acute sites within CCLHD as needed and participation in the On Call Social Work Service.
