About the Opportunity

This role will be based primarily at Woy Woy Hospital, with travel to other CCLHD sites required at times. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed outpatient care while supporting a positive and community-focused patient experience.

You will also:

  • Deliver advanced clinical physiotherapy services within an outpatient setting.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Level 1/2 physiotherapists, new graduates, students and Allied Health Assistants.
  • Apply your experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including fracture clinics and the management of hand-related conditions (highly desirable).
  • Participate actively in service development, quality improvement and education initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated and experienced physiotherapist who is passionate about providing high-level, evidence-informed care. You demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, confidence in independent practice and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will bring:

  • A bachelor or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a high level of broad generalist and/or specialist knowledge within physiotherapy.
  • An unencumbered driver's license and willing to travel to various locations around the Central Coast.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to exercise independent professional judgment when adapting clinical approaches.
  • A commitment to identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating service improvement initiatives.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A dedication to ongoing professional development, supervision, and maintaining best-practice standards.
