Sub-Acute Unit - Permanent

Transitional Care Unit - Permanent
Join our dedicated team in the Transitional Care Unit AT Woy Woy, an 18-bed service focussed on delivering low intensity therapy in a supportive multidisciplinary environment. We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses for 2 FTE positions, which can be full time or part time, who are passionate about providing high quality, patient centered care, working collaboratively with nursing and allied health teams to support patients in their recovery and transition back to the community.
