About the Role

This role works closely with a team of health professionals to support patients and carers using community-based respiratory services across a variety of settings, with some travel required across the Central Coast. You'll provide quality nursing care – from assessment to planning, delivering, and reviewing care – while working in partnership with clients, their families, and other key support people.

The Respiratory team is proud to be recognised with a team award nomination and is passionate about leading meaningful quality improvement initiatives that make a real difference to patient care.

Working days: Monday to Friday— days to be determined in consultation with the successful candidate.

About You

  •        Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  •        Current unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence.
  •        Recent clinical experience in Respiratory Services and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
  •        Demonstrated effective clinical communication using information technology and sound written verbal and interpersonal skills.
  •        Understanding of team nursing and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
