About You
- You hold current working rights in Australia – please note that CCLHD does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- You have a minimum of 12 months aged care nursing experience, ideally within a hospital setting.
- You are currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- You demonstrate competent clinical skills aligned with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
- You have strong abilities in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- You are confident in working within a multidisciplinary team environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and carers.
- You possess the ability to delegate and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) according to their scope of practice.
- You are committed to ongoing professional development and participate in performance reviews.
