Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Diversity and Inclusion to lead our strategic inclusion agenda and improve healthcare access, experience, and outcomes for diverse communities across our district.

About the Role:
As the Manager, Diversity and Inclusion, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for inclusion initiatives at CCLHD. You will coordinate and implement programs that support:

Disability Inclusion

Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities, including Deaf communities

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer plus (LGBTIQ+) populations
You will work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to improve fairness, access, and cultural safety across all CCLHD services. As part of the Consumer and Carer Engagement team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment that values innovation and teamwork

About You:
You are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. You have:

Demonstrated experience working with diverse communities.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in management, health service planning and delivery, research, education or related discipline

Proven ability to lead strategic programs and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

Passion for improving health outcomes and creating culturally safe environments.
