About the Opportunity
As our Intern Pharmacist, you'll actively participate in the day-to-day functions of the Pharmacy Department, contributing to both dispensary and ward-based services. You'll be supported in developing the clinical and technical skills necessary to meet AHPRA registration standards, while also making a valuable contribution to patient care from day one.
Your role will grow as you do with increasing responsibility and learning opportunities across medication reviews, counselling, inventory management, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and eligible for registration with the Australian Healthcare Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an intern pharmacist.
- Current unencumbered driver's license and ability to travel across sites within the District and to other external sites as required.
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes through safe, evidence-based care.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative with skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem-solving, and application of innovative work practices.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
