About the Opportunity

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care to clients in the community under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll manage the full spectrum of wound care — acute surgical wounds, pressure injuries, venous/arterial ulcers, and long-term chronic wounds. This role supports continuity of care while contributing to positive client experiences and outcomes. In this role you will:

• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and in line with professional, legislative, and organisational standards.
• Support Registered Nurses in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual client care.
• Provide safe and appropriate care to community-based clients, prioritising needs in a changing environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and professional development to support high standards of care.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Demonstrated nursing knowledge and skills relevant to community nursing practice.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and support less experienced staff when required.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills, or willingness to undertake relevant training.
• Demonstrated commitment to accountability, quality improvement, and Caring for the Coast values and behaviours.
