CCLHD - Enrolled Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s recognised professional standards

• Deliver comprehensive wound care and continence management with direction and guidance of the Registered Nurse.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and emotional support

• Contribute to patient assessment by observing and monitoring health status

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to support positive patient outcomes

• Collect, report, and accurately document health care information to support safe, continuous care

• Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care

About You:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based nursing care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team

• Commitment to person-centred care, safety, and quality improvement

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
