Key Responsibilities:

Practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s recognised professional standards

Deliver comprehensive wound care and continence management with direction and guidance of the Registered Nurse.

Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide physical and emotional support

Contribute to patient assessment by observing and monitoring health status
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to support positive patient outcomes

Collect, report, and accurately document health care information to support safe, continuous care

Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care

About You:

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse

Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based nursing care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team

Commitment to person-centred care, safety, and quality improvement

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
