We are creating a broad talent pool for Administration Officer Level 3, across multiple facilities, including our hospitals, community health centres, outpatient services and clinical support areas. Current Opportunities:

  • Emergency Department 

We are currently seeking Casual and/or Permanent Part-Time staff to join us in the Wyong Emergency Department.

Our 24/7 roster includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with the following start times:

  • 07:00–15:30

  • 15:00–23:30

  • 23:00–07:30

Because we are a true 24/7 service, it is essential that successful candidates are willing and able to work across all shift types. This includes weekends, Christmas/New Year, public holidays, and overnight shifts on a rotating basis. Please note that we are unable to support candidates seeking day shifts or afternoon shifts, as fair rotation and full coverage are critical to the needs of the department.

  • Surgical Admissions

  • Mental Health (inpatient & community)

  • Community & Allied Health

  • Health Information Services (HIS) – medical records, scanning, data quality

  • Patient Services / Front-of-House and Switchboard

  • Outpatients & Specialty Clinics

  • Ward Clerks on medical, surgical, rehab and specialty wards

  • Diagnostic & Clinical Support Areas such as Medical Imaging and Pathology
