Are you an organised and proactive administrator with some experience in clinical support and staff rostering?
Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a skilled Administrative Clinical Support Officer (CSO) Level 3 to join our dynamic team, helping to deliver quality care through essential administrative support.
This is a full-time Permanent position based at Wyong Hospital, with flexibility for job share arrangements.
About the Role
The roles and responsibilities of the CSO may include but are not limited to the following:
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Data entry for ward/unit rosters into relevant IT system.
- Regularly update the roster in line with any approved changes ie sick leave, etc.
- Enter information onto HR IT system once approved.
- Where appropriate, participate in data entry activities that relate to patient care activities and support any member of the health care team.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

About You
- Experience in rostering within a health or similar setting
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer/data entry, specifically with MS office products in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet-based applications and databases
- National Criminal Record Check
- Working with Children Check
