Exciting Leadership Opportunity – Team Leader, CAMHS South (Health Clinician Level 4)

About the Role

Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) South. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health challenges, including early psychosis.

This is a Multi-Disciplinary role and Graded as the following:

  • Nurse Manager Grade 2
  • Social Worker Level  4
  • Occupational Therapist Level  4
  • Senior Psychologist

About You

  • Qualifications in a mental health-related discipline – Social Work (AASW eligibility), Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist (with 3 years of full registration), and a current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including clinical supervision, team coordination, and conflict resolution. 
  • Extensive clinical experience in mental health, child & adolescent mental health, and/or drug and alcohol services.
  • Strong partnership-building and negotiation skills across multiple service providers.
