What you'll be doing
- Assist in the preparation of salads, sweets and sandwiches. and serving of breakfast, lunch, tea and any other meals as per rostered tasks requested.
- Assist in the striping of trays, dishwasher, and cleaning of dishes, utensil, benches, equipment, machinery, floors, ledges, hand basins, trolleys etc as required.
- Remove rubbish and waste when required.
- Maintain complete and accurate notes and other documentation relevant to the position

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in food hygiene procedures.
- Demonstrated previous working experience relating to this position.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills ie written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of safe work practices and WHS requirements
- Ability to work shift work on a 7 day roster
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable
