Where You Will Be Working
Warialda Multi-Purpose Service is a small, welcoming rural facility providing essential healthcare to the local community. In this nursing role no two days are the same, and your work makes a real difference in a close rural community.
The facility includes:
- 15 residential aged care beds
- 10 acute care beds
- 2 emergency beds
- Community Health services
As a casual Registered Nurse, you’ll work across the Emergency Department, acute ward, and residential aged care, delivering care across a broad range of clinical settings. You’ll join a positive and collaborative team where staff support one another, and achievements are recognised and celebrated.
About the Role and You
This casual Registered Nurse role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, clinical variety, and the opportunity to strengthen their rural nursing experience. You will work across multiple care areas, coordinate care delivery, and respond to diverse clinical presentations while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience in Emergency Nursing
- Ability and willingness to work across aged care and acute settings
- Triage and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical judgement and confidence working across varied care environments
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
