Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
- Certificate in Perfusion from the Australasian Board of Cardiovascular perfusion or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Cardiopulmonary bypass, awareness of current changes in cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills both written and verbal. Advanced compuer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Ability to be part of the on call roster to meet service needs.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining for the cardiopulmonary bypass machines and keeping accurate records on all equipment.
