What you'll be doing
You'll provide efficient and responsive administrative support across busy clinical and outpatient settings. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine strong customer service with accurate administration and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Welcome and assist patients and visitors while providing professional reception support
Manage clinic appointments, patient arrivals and departures, referrals and records using iPM
Answer enquiries, direct calls and communicate with clinical and non-clinical teams
Process documentation, Medicare billing paperwork, scanning, filing and data entry
Arrange interpreter services and coordinate information and files required for clinics
How to Apply

Demonstrated administration experience with competent use of IT applications including but not limited to computerised patient administration systems and Microsoft Office Programs.
Excellent customer service including appropriate telephone manner and a patient-centric approach to service provision
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and electronic communication skills to work well with a broad scope of patients, staff and affiliated organisations.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to achieve quality patient/service outcomes
Proven ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with both clients and staff during stressful situations.
Demonstrated ability to follow systems and processes to support efficient and effective service delivery.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and to prioritise multiple tasks with competing timeframes with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Ability & willingness to work a flexible roster including varying shift times and location
