About the Role – Cardiology and Gastroenterology Enrolled Nurse

Step into a dynamic and rewarding role as an Enrolled Nurse within the G3 Unit at John Hunter Hospital, where you will care for high-acuity patients across both Cardiology and Gastroenterology specialties.

  • Deliver safe, accurate medication administration and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient care.
  • Play a vital role in recognising and responding to deteriorating patients, ensuring prompt and effective clinical interventions.
  • Enjoy continuity of care with your own patient allocations, supported by a team leader and in-charge nurse every shift.

G3 is a 24-hour unit offering 8-hour morning and afternoon shifts, 10-hour night shifts, and flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
