Remuneration: $44.28 - $58.91 per hour

What you'll be doing
As a Business Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and business support to REN Executives, ensuring smooth operations across a complex portfolio.
Manage executive diaries, correspondence and document workflows
Coordinate briefings, reports and governance requests within tight deadlines
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions
Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements
Support recruitment, events, travel and research and education activities

How to Apply

Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity.
Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management and committees, in relation to diaries, collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters.
Excellent interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication.
Ability to manage the workflow and movements, and work under limited direction and guidance.
Ability to interpret complex information or procedural guidelines.
Demonstrated excellent computer skills, and proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, together with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with people from all levels in public and private sector organisations.
