Business Support Officer - Medical Services Directorate - The Sutherland Hospital
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
2. Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the processes of supporting senior level executives with a sound knowledge and understanding of medical staff structures
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe
4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare agendas, minutes, briefings and reports
6. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs
