Position Title: Business Manager Corporate Services
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time 
Salary range: $127,150 - $144,444 per annum +12% Super and benefits (Health Manager Lvl 3) 
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity

This newly created role with the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the effective operation of the Corporate Services Directorate. As the Business Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure smooth coordination of business functions such as human resources, financial, incident management, business processes, meeting paper preparation and submission, planning, performance reporting and office governance.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute key outcomes across the organisation. A role where your organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills will be valued.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative professional to support the Executive Director and the Corporate Services directorate.
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement business processes to support planning, reporting, and governance.
  • Prepare briefing notes, correspondence, and coordinate executive-level projects.
  • Support a broad range of business functions, guide and coordinate business planning processes. 
  • Represent the Executive Director in meetings and key operational matters.
  • Lead and manage office administration and ensure policy compliance.
