The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a dedicated Booking and Scheduling Officer to support the delivery of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming bookings and enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service while accurately scheduling requests for non-emergency transport.
You will be responsible for managing and monitoring pending and active cases, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring bookings are progressed efficiently. With strong organisational and communication skills, you will handle multiple priorities while contributing to a smooth and effective scheduling process.
To succeed, you will bring a proactive approach, participating in ongoing training, process improvements, and quality management programs to remain up to date with operational priorities.
