Ideal candidates will bring strong skills in endpoint management for Windows Desktop/Server environments and/or mobile smart devices including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android.
As part of the team, you’ll contribute to product, platform and service refresh and enhancement initiatives, support operating system lifecycle management, and apply DevOps principles to automate, monitor, and integrate endpoint services within our broader infrastructure and security ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute on the design, optimisation, maintenance, and support of endpoint management platforms (SCCM, Intune, Defender, AD Domain services), aligning with product roadmaps and service standards.
- Form part of the key agile product development team, managing user stories, prioritising backlogs, and guiding lifecycle operations using governance frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders, building productive relationships across technical, business, and clinical teams and contribute to long-term service planning.
- Enhance service resilience, coordinating incident response, health checks, and continuous improvement of documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and service innovation, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and driving improvement across the organisation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Adapts quickly and take initiative, with a proactive mindset for learning and adopting emerging technologies.
- Identifies and implement technology solutions that improve service efficiency and impact.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, technical documentation, and collaborative engagement.
- Manages competing priorities with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced complex environments.
- Deliver results by applying technical expertise across EM&M platforms and related services in complex and cloud-based environments (Microsoft Azure and AWS).
- Embrace innovation to meet evolving demands and drive DevOps automation for optimal outcomes.
