What you'll be doing
As the Associate Director Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate services across WSLHD. You’ll provide expert operational support, lead strategic projects, and drive service optimisation while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead district-wide corporate services projects and service planning

  • Provide expert advice to the Director Corporate Services on complex issues

  • Drive cultural initiatives and consumer experience improvements

  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and performance delivery

  • Represent the Director Corporate Services as required, including executive on-call duties

How to Apply

  1. Tertiary qualifications in business/project management, planning/finance or similar field and/or relevant experience within a healthcare setting.

  2. Experience in leading complex service design and improvement in health systems with demonstrated results.

  3. Exceptional senior leadership skills and demonstrated ability to drive a culture of achievement that delivers on organisational objectives.

  4. Advanced communication skills, including effective interpersonal, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills and advance writing skills with an ability to draft high quality correspondence and reports.

  5. Excellent analytical and research skills, with an ability to exercise discretion in the use of sensitive information and analyse complex data and produce reports to identify and suggest business improvements where needed.

  6. Demonstrated capability to manage and develop people, inspire direction and purpose, and manage reform and change.

  7. Performed in a senior management role and team with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a range of administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes.

  8. Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with a proven capacity to self-organise and prioritise to meet deadlines.
