About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our dedicated Renal Unit team delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families. You will work alongside our skilled Registered Nurses to provide crucial support to our patients and their chronic complex kidney disease needs.

As the Renal Assistant in Nursing, you will:
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Certificate lll in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) or one year completion of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
A commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety, and continuous professional development.
