Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care) or equivalent experience deemed appropriate; or currently a 2nd/3rd year undergraduate nursing student.
- Good written, verbal, communication, observation and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience working in a care setting with an interest in mental illness and well-being.
- Understanding of issues surrounding consumer confidentiality.
