About the role
An Assistant in Nursing provides nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. 

About you
You will require completion of a relevant Certificate III (or higher) qualification in Health Services Assistance such as HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care) or equivalent experience, or proof of enrolment in a Bachelor of Nursing degree with completion of one or more years of training, together with good knowledge of basic nursing care, including monitoring temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and assisting with activities of daily living.
