What Your Day Could Look Like

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents within our 17-bed aged care unit. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents each day.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team to deliver individualised care, ensuring every resident feels respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.

Your role will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
  • Supporting residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing to a safe, respectful, and caring environment

 



What We’re Looking For

You are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering quality care while bringing a professional, reliable, and empathetic approach to your work.

You work well in a team, communicate effectively, and keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment while making a meaningful difference every day.

You also meet one of the following:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Assisting in Nursing Acute Care (please note that no other certificates can be accepted at this time)

  • Be a Registered Nursing student (completed 1st year + first semester/trimester of 2nd year)

  • Be an Enrolled Nursing student (completed foundational TAFE NSW Diploma units + 80 hours clinical placement)
