What you'll be doing
The AIN is responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality individualised care to patients at The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) within the guidelines set by the NSW Department of Health, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council Framework, The SCHN – Division of Nursing and within the limits of the AIN position description.
The AIN will:
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate ethical behaviour in their performance
- Understand and respect patients’ rights.
- Provide evidence of completion of annual mandatory training.
- Practice within the NSW Health guidelines, the position description and guidelines for the SCHN and are required to adhere to Policies and Procedures.
- Adhere to the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
