About the Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering Healthcare and business focused solutions by acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Using your ability to facilitate workshops, interpret customer needs and translate them into user stories and process models, you will support the development of contact centres through Amazon Connect solutions. Training in the platform will be provided, with success driven by strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration. Focused solutions by acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.  

 

In this role, you will:

  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical delivery teams
  • Collaborate closely with customers, engineers and key stakeholders to support the build and enhancement of Amazon Connect solutions
  • Draw out, document, and clarify requirements using appropriate BA artefacts (e.g. user stories, process flows)
  • Contribute to digital solutions that support improved healthcare services and patient care

 

This role is internally referred to as Senior Business Analyst (Position Description).

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience translating business or customer needs into technical requirements within a digital or platform-based environment
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting language to suit engineers, developers, and customers
  • Demonstrates sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and workflows
  • Is eager to learn new platforms and technologies, with training provided to build capability in Amazon Connect
