What you'll be doing
This Administration Officer role provides essential support to the Endocrinology Clinical Research team. Key responsibilities include assisting Clinical Trial Coordinators with participant pre-screening activities, contacting patients regarding appointments and study requirements, processing pathology/laboratory samples, preparing visit worksheets and study documentation, maintaining accurate data entry and records, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of clinical research activities.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Please describe your experience in providing high-level administrative support in a busy healthcare or customer-facing environment.
- Describe your experience communicating with patients, clinicians or stakeholders, including managing phone enquiries and coordinating appointments.
- Please provide an example of how you managed competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, including the use of computer systems/data entry.
