About the role

Providing hands‑on technical support the Technical Officer will support and assist projects and fault resolution across a wide range of technologies. Working closely with clinical and corporate teams to keep essential systems operating smoothly—from end‑user devices and workspace tools to applications, networking, telephony, collaboration platforms, cloud services, and cyber security. This role works directly to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality healthcare across our region.

We are looking for tech‑savvy, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy solving problems and thrive in fast‑paced environments. Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will feel comfortable working independently while also contributing to a supportive, collaborative team, and bring a genuine desire to learn and grow within a diverse technical landscape.
