Where you'll be working
The Sutherland Hospital Nutrition and Dietetics Department is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic Dietitian Assistant (AHA) to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will support our Dietitians in delivering high quality nutritional care to patients under the direct supervision of a Dietitian and consistent with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District policies, procedures and standards.

Sutherland Hospital is a 375-bed major metropolitan hospital and teaching hospital. Selection Criteria
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent work experience and a willingness to work towards certification with the support of SESLHD.
- Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy or a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and work with minimum supervision, to organise work priorities and manage time effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles
