Join Our Workforce Governance and Systems Team!

We are seeking a highly motivated Advisor for Workforce Governance and Systems to work closely with key stakeholders in standardising rostering best practices that is patient safety focused and compliant with industrial awards. 

What you'll be doing

You will help develop and implement business processes, workflows and educational training materials while promoting best practice and maximise the utilisation of HealthRoster.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead the workshops and training on HealthRoster and rostering best practices.
  • Support the system analysis, reporting, and decision-making to drive improvements.
  • Monitor and analyse the benefits of HealthRoster, communicating findings to SESLHD.
  • Stay updated on rostering practices, policies, and trends, providing ongoing support.
  • Coach managers on workforce systems and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit recommendations and collaborate on strategic plans.
