About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. - Previous customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Practical experience with or understanding of Medicare billing in a public hospital.
- Understanding of policies and procedures within NSW Health and how these apply in the workplace in particular, the importance of patient confidentiality.
