About The Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

 

The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service within the outpatient services, both in the front-line and back-office roles. This role provides support to a variety of Outpatient Services across the facility and is committed to Patient and Family Centered Care.  

Applicants must be available to work the following shift times in the Ambulatory Care Business Unit 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630 & 0830-1700.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven ability to provide a high-level of customer service to both internal and external customers and work a variety of shifts based on the operational requirements of the Ambulatory Care Business Unit.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal and face to face) with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
  • Proven organisational ability to complete tasks based on priorities and deadlines with ability to effectively multi-task.
  • All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
