About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering professional front-line reception services while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility through accurate filing, confidential medical record management, and a broad range of essential administrative and clerical duties.

This 24/7 healthcare service provides a broad and rewarding clinical environment, featuring 14 aged care beds, 8 acute beds, a dedicated palliative care bed, and 2 Emergency Department beds within a close-knit 15-bed facility.
