  1. Demonstrated experience in providing expert administrative services within a complex work environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including minutes, reports, briefs, and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
  3. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally and sensitively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to bring a creative approach to problem-solving.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement local administrative policies and procedures.
  7. Demonstrated experience in the supervision and leadership of staff with the ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, coach and monitor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
  8. A willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
