  • Assisting with office coordination, supplies, and resource management

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will:

  • Act as a central communication hub for clinicians, managers, and stakeholders
  • Respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contribute to a collaborative team focused on patient-centred care

About You
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities. You are a confident and approachable communicator, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgement. With
strong attention to detail and well-developed time management skills, you bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to problem-solve and take initiative when responding to changing demands. To be successful in this role, you will have relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience, along with demonstrated experience in office and clerical support. You will also possess strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate a range of systems.
Given the nature of the role, you will be expected to operate effectively within a 24/7 healthcare environment, applying your communication, organisational, and multitasking skills to support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
