Administration Officer - Nursing, Education, Workforce and Research Team
- Demonstrated recent administration experience, including the ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required.
- Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
- High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives, while promoting positive workplace culture.
- Experience with other office equipment (eg audiovisual) troubleshooting and supporting stakeholders with same.
