Join the Admissions and Enquiries team at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital and play a key role in supporting patients, carers and visitors. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment while contributing to positive patient experiences. 

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, carers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy hospital environment 
  • Support patient admissions, registrations and bookings using a range of health information and electronic medical record systems.D20 
  • Contribute to a positive patient journey by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality at all times. 
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support the smooth operation of patient registration and enquiry services. 
  • Develop your administrative and customer service skills while making a meaningful difference within one of South Western Sydney's largest hospitals.

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service to patients, carers, visitors and stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.  
  • Have strong administrative, data entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.  
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment 
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information 
  • Work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with patients and stakeholders.
